Pneumatic tilting working table: -90°/0°/+90°, intermediate angles obtained by mechanical stops. The machine is fitted with an electric-spindle 4Kw, 18000rpm managed by inverter and quick change of the tool with spindle ISO30. Interpolation X / Y / Z axes managed by numerical control. Monitor 10,4” TFT colour display (Touch screen with simplify graphic ranning on Windows). Possibility to work pieces longer than the machine. Brushless motors for X / Y / Z axis positioning. Bi-manual safety system for the piece to be worked and for the rotation of the working table. Complete with 4 pneumatic double action clamps, tool diameter correction by software. Axis mouvements on linear guides. Left profile stop. Milling dimensions: X=2800mm, Y=200mm, Z=200mm.
