TECHNICAL DATA
CNC vertical machining center for composite panels in aluminium with 3 controlled axis with working table made of Bakelite for Nesting purposes. Slide ways on high precision linear guides, axis movements done with Yashawa Brushless motors and digital drivers. The machine is fitted with one air cooled electro spindle 7,5Kw (S1) 0-24000rpm coupling ISO30 cones preset for automatic tools changing. The machine is also fitted with one (a) V Grove unit with Motor 2,2Kw. Max Blade diameter = 150mm with 10+10 knives. The tool magazine is fully automatic and it is preset for 10 positions. The working area is made of bakelite grooved tables with sacrificial MDF Panel. The vacuum working are is divided into 2 (two) areas. Vacuum Pump 300m³/H the machine is complete with 8 rear stops (4x A side + 4x B Side) + 2 lateral ones (left side / right side). Aspiration connection Ø160mm. Safety protections according to CE Rules. Opt electric safety curtains
It is complete with a CNC Unit able to manage:
Variables Parametric macros for execution of cassette dimensions, corner closures, fixing slots “rivet” corner closure etc etc
Possibility to estimate lime for processing the programme
